A perishable-goods warehouse that never closes needed its entire lot overhauled — potholed gravel truck areas, a failing access road, and damaged asphalt throughout. We rebuilt the roadway base, paved the full lot with binder and topping courses, installed new wheel stops, and laid out fresh striping with numbered bays for the delivery routes — all without interrupting a single delivery.
